Information we collect
- Account details, such as your email address and display name.
- Profile preferences you choose to provide, such as pronouns, height, size range, body shape, favourite colours, location and measurement units.
- Wardrobe details and uploaded images, including clothing photos and person photos used for virtual try-on.
- Plans, outfit history, trips, weather locations, saved looks and style activity.
- Technical and usage information, such as browser details, page visits, feature use and error logs.
- Messages you send us and early-access sign-up details.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure your account, organise your wardrobe, create requested AI results, personalise outfit suggestions, provide weather-aware planning, answer support requests, measure performance and improve Curvy Closet. We do not infer or promise exact body measurements from a photograph.
Photos and AI processing
When you intentionally request an AI feature, the information and images needed for that request may be processed by our AI service providers. Outputs can be inaccurate and may change colours, details, fit, identity or body appearance. Person photos, wardrobe photos and generated results are private to your account unless you choose to share or publish them. Do not upload an image unless you have permission to use it.
Analytics, cookies and similar technology
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your choices. We may use analytics and advertising technology, including the Pinterest Tag, to understand visits and sign-ups. Where required, we will ask for consent before using non-essential technology. Browser controls can limit cookies, but some features may then stop working.
When information is shared
We share information only with providers that help us host, secure, analyse and operate the service, process AI requests, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your wardrobe or person photos. Public blog content and information you deliberately share can be seen by others.
Storage, security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including account-based access controls and private image storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups and logs. We may keep aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Your choices and rights
You can update much of your profile and delete wardrobe content inside the app. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses. Email info@curveycloset.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
Curvy Closet is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Curvy Closet changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the service or communicated where appropriate.
