By using Curvy Closet, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell or share access in a way that compromises another person's information.
AI results and styling guidance
AI-generated tags, outfits, images and reviews may be incomplete, inaccurate or visually different from real garments and bodies. Virtual try-on is a creative preview, not a sizing, tailoring, health or fit guarantee. Check retailer measurements, garment details and your own judgement before buying or wearing an item. Curvy Closet does not provide medical or professional advice.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, writing and other content you upload. You give Curvy Closet a limited licence to host, process, resize and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm you have permission to upload it and that it does not violate anyone else's privacy, copyright or other rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use Curvy Closet to break the law, harass or exploit anyone, upload harmful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, bypass limits or security, scrape the service, interfere with its operation, or create sexual content involving minors. We may remove content or limit access where reasonably necessary.
Plans and payments
Curvy Closet is currently in early access and billing is not active. Published plan prices and allowances may change before paid subscriptions launch. Before charging begins, we will show the price, renewal period and cancellation terms and ask you to agree. AI usage limits may apply even on free plans.
Curvy Closet content
The service, brand, software, design and original editorial content belong to Curvy Closet or its licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. These terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Curvy Closet useful and available, but features may change, pause or stop, and generated work may fail. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update limits or features to manage safety, quality and cost.
Suspension and ending your account
You may stop using Curvy Closet at any time. We may suspend or end access when these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, when needed to protect people or the service, or when required by law. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
Responsibility and liability
Curvy Closet is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, purchase decisions, missed events, or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Changes and contact
